Suspensions and strikes
What can lead to a suspension on Kuldron and how strikes work.
Reasons for suspension
- Violations of our content policies (see Terms of Service ยง4: Acceptable use).
- Repeated DMCA takedowns (see DMCA Policy).
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or wallet manipulation.
- Account compromise or unauthorized access.
DMCA strikes
Copyright strikes follow a separate, formal escalation ladder with fixed durations and an expiry. The full schedule, expiry rules, and counter-notice mechanics live in the DMCA Policy.
Other content strikes
For policy violations outside DMCA, we may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity and history. Unlike DMCA strikes, these are not on a fixed ladder.
Stream cut mid-broadcast
An admin can end a live stream that is actively violating our policies. The reason is shown in your dashboard after the fact.
Appeals
If you believe a suspension or strike is in error, contact support@kuldron.com with your account name and the relevant context. For DMCA-specific appeals, file a counter-notice (see File a DMCA Counter-Notice).
