Chargebacks
A chargeback is a payment reversal initiated through the card issuer rather than through Kuldron. The reversal happens with or without our input. Chargebacks are costly for both the creator and Kuldron regardless of outcome.
If a charge looks wrong
Contact support@kuldron.com. Most charge issues can be resolved directly: unfamiliar charges, mistaken transactions, or activity from someone else with access to an account. Bank disputes are slower and trigger reversals on Kuldron regardless of how they resolve.
What happens on Kuldron
When a chargeback is filed, the corresponding wallet credit, subscriber access, or tip is reversed on Kuldron. If the dispute is later resolved in our favor, the credit or access is restored.
For creators
Chargebacks against tips or subscriptions you've received reverse the corresponding entry on your earnings ledger. Kuldron absorbs the dispute fee.
Fraud and abuse
Patterns of chargebacks tied to fraud or malicious activity have consequences. Accounts that initiate them may be blocked from making further payments on Kuldron, restricted, or banned. Creators with unusually high dispute rates against their earnings may face additional review while the pattern is investigated and the responsible accounts are addressed.
