Privacy Policy
Effective: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Kuldron ("Kuldron", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Kuldron, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email, username, password (hashed), and any profile fields you provide.
- Google sign-in (optional): if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your email address and a unique Google account identifier with us. We use these solely to create your Kuldron account and sign you in. We never receive your Google password, never post or act on your behalf, and do not access any other Google data.
- Content: streams, VODs, clips, chat messages, and other content you submit.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage and logs: viewing activity, broadcast metadata, IP addresses, device information, timestamps, and error logs.
- Cookies: see "Cookies and similar technologies" below.
2. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve Kuldron, including streaming, transcoding, delivery, billing, and chat.
- Authenticate you and protect against fraud and abuse.
- Communicate with you about your account (DMCA notices, security, billing, service changes).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How we share information
- Service providers (for example Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting, and Google for analytics and advertising), under written agreements or terms that limit them to providing services on our behalf.
- Other users: your username, public channel content, chat messages, and similar information are visible to viewers by design.
- Law enforcement and other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- DMCA: counter-notice information is forwarded to the original claimant as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and equivalent local storage for authentication, session management, and security. We also use Google Analytics to understand how Kuldron is used and Google AdSense to display ads; these set their own cookies and similar identifiers and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Data retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Streams, VODs, and clips are retained until removed by the streamer or by Kuldron.
- Chat messages are retained on hot storage during an active moderation window, then archived to cold storage. We may delete or anonymize chat after extended periods.
- Logs and usage data are retained as needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
6. Your choices
- You can update or delete profile information from your account settings.
- You can request account deletion by contacting support@kuldron.com. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
- You can opt out of non-essential email communications via the unsubscribe link in those emails.
7. International transfers
Kuldron is operated from the United States. By using Kuldron, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
8. Children
Kuldron is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
