Subscriptions

A subscription is a recurring monthly payment to a specific creator. Your card is charged at the start of each period for as long as the subscription is active. See Rates for the current price.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically every month on the same day you first subscribed. Each renewal charges the card on file.

If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), the card is retried for several days before the subscription lapses. The subscription stays active during the retry window so you don't lose access during a transient failure. You'll get an email when a charge fails so you can update your payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the creator's channel page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep subscriber access for the time you've already paid for, and there's no further charge.

If you resubscribe before the current period ends, your subscription continues uninterrupted. If you resubscribe after, a new billing cycle starts on that day.

How much the creator receives

After the payment processing fee and the platform fee, the rest credits the creator's earnings ledger and is paid out separately. See Payouts.

Example: on a $5.00 subscription the creator typically receives about $4.50 after both fees. The creator's dashboard shows the exact split for every renewal.
