Kuldron respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on Kuldron infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice from the "File a DMCA Notice" page.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice from the "File a DMCA Counter-Notice" page. Your identity information will be forwarded to the original claimant as required by the DMCA. If the claimant does not file a court action within 14 business days, your content will be restored.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Kuldron maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive copyright strikes face escalating consequences:

• 1st strike: 7-day content suspension
• 2nd strike: 14-day content suspension
• 3rd strike: Permanent content ban

Strikes expire after 90 days. A successful counter-notice removes the associated strike.
