Everything Kuldron charges for, in one table. Source is what pays: your wallet for usage, your card for supporting a creator, and earnings for the platform fee. Nothing else on Kuldron costs money.

Wallet
A prepaid balance that pays for bandwidth while you watch, compute while you broadcast, and storage for the VODs you keep. Top up by card or set an automatic refill below a threshold you pick. A top-up credits the amount charged less the payment processing fee.
Top-ups are not refundable: money in the wallet stays there until you spend it, so add what you expect to use. You can also cap what gets debited, up to three limits at once, each with its own period of 1 to 30 days. Hitting a cap blocks further debits until that window resets.
Paying a creator
Subscriptions and tips both charge your card rather than your wallet. A subscription renews monthly on the day you started; a failed charge is retried for several days with your access intact and an email so you can fix the card. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
A tip is one payment, minimum $2.00, from a live stream, a VOD or an offline channel page. The first one saves a card; after that it charges instantly. Some banks add a one-time check, which sends you to the processor’s page and straight back.
Either way the creator receives the charge less the payment processing fee and the 1% platform fee, about $4.50 on $5.00, credited to their earnings ledger.
Refunds and disputes
Your most recent subscription charge, or a tip you sent, is refundable in full for three days from your account. Refunding a subscription also cancels it immediately rather than at the end of the period. After three days a charge is final, and support@kuldron.com can usually still sort out an unfamiliar or mistaken one.
A chargeback runs through your card issuer instead, with or without our input. It reverses the matching wallet credit, subscriber access or tip here and reverses the creator’s earnings entry; Kuldron absorbs the dispute fee, and a charge with an open dispute has its refund button off. Refunds are for genuine mistakes: repeated ones can cost you the ability to tip and subscribe, and chargeback patterns tied to fraud lead to payment blocks or a ban.
Payouts
Earnings are a separate ledger from your wallet and never pay for your own watching or streaming. Studio → Money → Payouts connects a payout account through the payment processor; earnings accrue without one, they just cannot leave. Payouts run on a recurring schedule once they clear a minimum, both shown on that page.
Payouts are US-only today, since connecting needs US tax details and a US bank account. That limits receiving money and nothing else: anyone, anywhere, can hold an account, watch and stream. Taxes are yours to handle and the processor issues the forms. A payment reversed after it credited you may be debited from earnings under Terms of Service §7.
