Your account
Anything about you is here: sign-in, privacy, friends, wallet. Anything about what you broadcast is in Studio. See Social for why the split exists.
Sign-in and sessions
Sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. Your security page lists every signed in session, and Log out everywhere ends all of them at once. If you think someone has your password, change it on your account page — that signs out every other device as it goes. Changing your email needs confirmation from the new address, so a typo cannot lock you out.
Your stream key is a separate credential and lives in Studio, not here.
Privacy
Who can message you, whether links in messages expand into previews and from whom, and everyone you have blocked.
Content
A poster labels anything 18+ from a short fixed list, and you decide per label whether it is shown, blurred, or hidden outright. An account whose birth date is under 18 has every 18+ label hidden and cannot change it.
Invites
Invite someone by email and they get a link that creates their account. Unused invites expire, and your invites page shows what you sent and whether it was delivered. When registration is invite-only, this is the only way in. Accepted invites are remembered: your profile shows a descendants count, which is everyone who joined from your invites plus everyone they went on to invite. Only the number is public, never the people in it.
If something goes wrong
Enforcement runs on two tracks. Copyright follows a fixed ladder of strikes, durations and expiry, all in the DMCA Policy. Claims filed against your content appear on your claims page with who filed, what they say it infringes, what happened to the content, and where any counter-notice stands. If a takedown was wrong you can file a counter-notice, which is a legal process rather than a support one.
Everything else is judged rather than laddered: breaking the Terms of Service, payment fraud, wallet manipulation, manufactured engagement, or a compromised account leads to a warning, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban depending on what happened and what happened before. Email support@kuldron.com with your account name and the context to appeal one.
Money
Balance, card, history, spend limits and automatic refill are on your wallet. Money you earn is a separate ledger in Studio: see Payouts.
Closing your account
Deletion is confirmed by email and can be cancelled during that window. If anything about it is unclear, ask support@kuldron.com before you start.
