Posts, Yaps and topics

ImprovedLink card images on posts and Yaps are served by Kuldron rather than loaded from the linked site. They show directly, including for readers whose media expansion is set to On demand, and the post composer's card shows its image the same way.

FixedA Yap whose first link is a YouTube video keeps the video's card, with its title and thumbnail, once it is published.

ImprovedFeaturing a YouTube video in a forum post fills in the video's title, as featuring any other page does.

ImprovedThe card that opens from a #topic link shows a topic nobody has posted in yet as empty and links to its page. Post counts read "1 post" for a single post.

FixedEmbedded social posts render at the height their site reports, with their media in place.

Chat and messages

NewThe chat room directory sorts by activity, alphabetically, or by the number of people in each room. Messages sort by most recent activity or alphabetically. Each list remembers its choice, and the sort control sits below search.

NewA direct message conversation can be reported from the conversation itself, on the Messages page and in the message dock. In a group conversation, the report asks which participant it concerns.

NewAn incoming call rings until it is answered, declined or dismissed. It stays silent while your status is Do not disturb. When the browser blocks sound, a Play ringtone button starts it.

ImprovedSetting up a new browser as a trusted device takes one QR scan and an approval on a browser that is already trusted. The approval reaches the new browser on its own.

Watching

ImprovedThe miniplayer minimizes to a compact bar that keeps playing and restores to full size. Clicking the docked video plays or pauses it. While the miniplayer has focus, Space plays or pauses, ← and → seek, and ↑ and ↓ change the volume.

NewHovering a live broadcast's watching count, or a past broadcast's view count in the directory, shows how many are guests and how many are signed in. Both counts are measured from the video delivered to each viewer.

ImprovedLow-latency playback keeps playing without a stall when it changes quality.

Account

ImprovedWhen moderation removes a profile, channel or lens picture, its settings say so and give a support address, and the picture and label controls are disabled.

FixedFull-resolution phone photos open in the picture cropper for a profile, channel or lens picture.

FixedA channel page shows a new subscription as soon as checkout completes.
